பாலியல் கல்வியும்..!! பாலியல் தொல்லையும்…!

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jZZlq6Mec1s/UTijEaOqM5I/AAAAAAAAF6U/Gq4vSy9BF74/s1600/150019_457072251019144_1840627229_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jZZlq6Mec1s/UTijEaOqM5I/AAAAAAAAF6U/Gq4vSy9BF74/s320/150019_457072251019144_1840627229_n.jpg" width="212" /></a></div>இன்று நாம் அனைவரும் பொதுவாக விவாதிக்கும் விசயங்களில் பாலியல் கல்வி முக்கியமானது. பாலியல் கல்வியை எங்கு ஆரம்பிப்பது, பள்ளியிலேயே பாலியல் கல்வியை ஆரம்பிக்கலாமா அல்லது கல்லூரியில் அதனை சொல்லித்தருவது சரியா என்பவை இன்னும் ஆய்வுக்குறியவையாக உள்ளன. தற்போது பள்ளிகளைக் கவனிக்கும்போது பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகள் ‘காதல்’ என்ற விசயத்தைப் பற்றி சிறு வயதிலேயே அறிந்துவிடுகின்றனர். அந்தச்சொல்லின் முழு அர்த்தம் தெரியாவிட்டாலும் ஒரு குழப்பமும், ஆர்வமுமாக அதனை விவரிக்கின்றனர். இதனை அனுபவபூர்வமாக நாம் பல குழந்தைகளுடன் பேசும்போது அறியமுடிகிறது. குழந்தைகளுக்கு நம்முடைய சிறப்பு கவனம் தேவை. குழந்தைகளின் பெற்றோர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் ஆகியவர்களிடம்தான் குழந்தைகள் பொதுவாக அதிக நேரத்தைச் செலவிடுகின்றன. ஆகவே இவர்களுக்கு குழந்தைகளைக் காக்கவும், அறிவூட்டவுமான தார்மீகப்பொறுப்பு உள்ளது. தாங்கள் வாழும் சூழ்நிலைகளால், பெரியவர்களை விட அதிகமாக பாதிக்கப்படக்கூடிய பலவீனமான நிலையில் குழந்தைகள் இருக்கிறார்கள். ஆகவே, மற்றெந்தப் பிரிவினரையும் விட, அவர்கள் சார்ந்த சமூகம் மற்றும் அரசாங்கங்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளாலும் நடவடிக்கையின்மையினாலும் அதிகமாகப் பாதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். குழந்தைகளுக்கு உடல் ரீதியான தொல்லைகள் அதிகரித்த வண்ணம் உள்ளது. இந்தியா போன்ற நாடுகளில் இந்த எண்ணிக்கை மிகவும் கவலை தருவதாக உள்ளது. குழந்தைகள் பாலியல்பற்றி அறியாதவர்கள், பெரியவர்களின் பாலியல் செய்கைகள்பற்றியும் அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியாது. குழந்தைகளுக்கு எப்படி பாலியலைப் பற்றித்தெரிய முடியும்? பாலியல் காட்சிகளை குழந்தைகளுக்குக் காண்பித்தல், பெற்றோர் இரவில் குழந்தைகளுடன் ஒரே அறையில் படுத்துறங்கும் போது அவகள் தூங்குவதாக எண்ணி உறவில் ஈடுபடுதல், குழந்தைகளை காம இச்சையுடன் தொடுதல், காம இச்சையுடன் அந்தரங்கப் பகுதிகளைக் குழந்தைகளுக்குக் காட்டுதல் ஆகியவற்றின் மூலமாகவே குழந்தைகள் பாலியல் மனக் குழப்பங்களுக்கு ஆளாகிறார்கள். தாங்கள் பார்த்த காட்சிகளின் தாக்கத்தால் அவர்கள் சாதாரண குழந்தைகளைப் போல் உற்சாகத்துடன் படிக்கவோ, விளையாடவோ இயலாமல் குழப்பத்துடன் காணப்படுகிறார்கள். இப்படி இருக்கும் குழந்தைகளை தாய்மார்கள் பொறுப்புடன் கவனித்து மனநல சிகிச்சை அளிக்கவேண்டியது மிக அவசியம். இத்தகைய கொடுமைகள் பரவலாக ஏழை,பணக்காரர் வித்தியாசமின்றி நடந்தாலும் பண வசதி,படிப்பறிவு குறைவான சூழ்நிலைகளில் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு தன் கருத்தைக் கூறும் உரிமை கிடைப்பதில்லை. அவர்களின் கருத்துக்களுக்கு பெற்றோர் மதிப்புக் கொடுப்பதும் இல்லை. அதனால் நெருங்கிய உறவினர்கள் குழந்தைகளிடம் நம்பிக்கைக்குப் பாத்திரமாக இருப்பதுபோல் நடித்து அவர்களின் அன்பைப் பெற்று அந்த உரிமையில் தவறான் செய்கைகளைச் செய்கிறார்கள். குழந்தைகளைப் பெற்றோரும் உறவினர்களின் பொறுப்பில் விடும்போது மிகவும் கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். சமீபத்தில் இந்தியாவுக்குப் படிக்க வந்த இளம்பெண் தன் அப்பாவின் நண்பர் வீட்டில் தங்கியிருந்து பாலியல் தொல்லை கொலையில் முடிந்ததை  பத்திரிக்கைகளில் படித்து இருப்பீர்கள். நெருங்கிய உறவினர்களே பாலியல் தொல்லையை மிக அதிக அளவில் கொடுக்கிறார்கள் என்பது புள்ளிவிபரங்கள் மூலமாக நமக்குக் கிடைக்கும் தகவல். மேலும் பெண் குழந்தைகளை மிகுந்த அக்கரையுடன் கவனிக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம். அதே நேரத்தில் ஆண் குழந்தைகளிடம் நாம் அலட்சியப்போக்கைக் கடைப் பிடிக்கக் கூடாது. பெண் குழந்தைகள் எந்த அளவுக்கு உடல் மற்றும் உணர்வு ரீதியாகக் கொடுமைக்கு உள்ளாக்கப்படுகிறார்களோ, அதே அளவில் ஆண் குழந்தைகளும் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றன. பெண் குழந்தை, சமுதாயத்தில் குறைவான அந்தஸ்தைப் பெற்றிருப்பதால் அவர்கள்தாம் பலவீனமான நிலையில் இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது உண்மைதான். ஆனால் ஆண் குழந்தைகள் பள்ளிகளில், வீடுகளில், உடல் ரீதியான தண்டனை அனுபவிப்பவர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள். பல சிறுவர்கள் இளம்  வயதிலேயே வேலைக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவது, விற்கப்படுவது போன்றவை நடக்கின்றன. இவர்களில் பலர் தாங்கள் வேலை செய்யும் இடங்களில் பல செக்ஸ் அத்துமீறல்களுக்கு உள்ளாகிறார்கள். இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் குடும்ப உறவினர்கள் தவிர குழந்தைகள் அதிக நேரம் செலவிடும் இடம் பள்ளிக்கூடம். அந்தப் பள்ளிக்கூடத்திற்கு பெற்றோர்கள் மிகுந்த நம்பிக்கையுடன் குழந்தைகளைப் பெற்றோர்கள் அனுப்பி வைக்கிறார்கள். குழந்தைகளை ஆசிரியர்கள் மிகுந்த பொறுப்புடன் கவனித்துக்கொள்வார்கள் என்று அவர்கள் நம்புவதால் அவர்கள் பள்ளியில் என்ன செய்கிறார்கள் என்று நாம் கவனிப்பதில்லை. நன்றாகப் படிக்கிறார்களா இல்லையா என்பதுமட்டுமே நமது சிந்தனையாகவுள்ளது. ஆயினும் பள்ளியிலும் சில புல்லுறுவி ஆசிரியர்கள் இருப்பது மிகவும் வேதனையளிப்பதாக உள்ளது( சக ஆசிரிய பதிவர்கள் பொறுத்தருள்க! என் ஆசிரியர்களை நான் இன்றளவும் கடவுளாகவே மதிக்கிறேன்.)  பத்திரிக்கைகளில் வந்த ஒரு செய்தியைக் கீழே தருகிறேன். கோயம்புத்தூர்: மதுக்கரை என்ற இடத்திற்கு அருகில் உள்ள ஒரு ஆரம்பப் பள்ளியின் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் மாணவிகளைப் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமைக்கு ஆளாக்கியதற்காகக் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். மூன்றாம் வகுப்புப் படிக்கும் 8 வயதுப் பெண் அளித்த புகாரின் பேரில், போலீசார், தலைமை ஆசிரியரைக் கைது செய்துள்ளனர். இது ஒன்றுமட்டும் அல்ல! தினமும் நாம் பத்திரிக்கைகளில் படிக்கும் செய்திகள் மிகவும் கவலை தருவதாக உள்ளன. பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்குப் பாலியல் தொல்லை போல் ஆண் குழந்தைகளையும் ஓரினச் சேர்க்கைக்கு உட்படுத்தும் ஆசிரியர்கள் பற்றியும் கல்வித்துறை ஆய்வு செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டும். டில்லியை சேர்ந்த ஒரு சர்வதேச சமூக அமைப்பான, “ராகி’ மேற்கொண்ட ஆய்வில், சென்னை, மும்பை, டில்லி, கொல்கத்தா மற் றும் கோவாவில் ஆங்கிலம் பேசும் 600 குழந்தைகளிடம் சர்வே எடுத்ததில், அவர்களில் 67 சதவீதம் பேர், ஏதாவது ஒரு கட்டத்தில் பாலியல் அத்துமீறலுக்கு ஆளாகி உள்ளனர் என்பது தெரிந்தது. மனநிலை பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைகள், உடல் ஊனமுற்ற நிலையில் இருக்கும் குழந்தைகள், அவர்கள் இருக்கும் பலவீனமான நிலையால், பாலியல் கொடுமைகளுக்கு உள்ளாகிறார்கள்.  குழந்தைகளைப் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமைக்கு உள்ளாக்குவது என்பது, பாலினம், சமூகநிலை, இனம் ஆகிய அனைத்து நிலைகளிலும் இருந்துவருகிறது. நகரங்கள், கிராமப் பகுதிகள் என்ற எல்லா இடங்களிலும் நடக்கிறது. ஜி.எஸ். மீனா, ஆர்.சி. ஜிலோஹா, மற்றும் எம்.எம்.சிங் ஆகியோர் இந்தியக் குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவ மையம் மற்றும் மௌலானா ஆசாத் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரியின் சமூக மருந்தியல் மற்றும் உளவியல் துறை ஆகியவற்றைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள். இவர்கள் 2003 – 2004ஆம் ஆண்டில், டெல்லியிலுள்ள கண்காணிப்பு இல்லம் ஒன்றில் தங்கியிருந்த ஆண்களிடம், ஆய்வு நடத்தினர்.  அதன் ஆராய்ச்சியின் முடிவாக,”கண்காணிப்பு இல்லத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட தெருவோரச் சிறுவர்களின் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமை அனுபவங்கள்” என்ற ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரையைச் சமர்ப்பித்தார்கள். இக்கட்டுரையில் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமை எந்த அளவுக்கு இருக்கிறது, எந்த முறையில் உள்ளது என்பதைப் பற்றி தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்கள். டெல்லியில் உள்ள இந்தக் கண்காணிப்பு  இல்லத்தில் உள்ள பெரும்பாலான சிறுவர்கள் வீட்டை விட்டு ஓடி வந்தவர்கள். இந்த இல்லத்தில் இருந்தவர்களில் 38.1% பேர் பாலியல் ரீதியான வன்கொடுமைகளுக்கு ஆளாகியிருக்கிறார்கள். இவர்களை மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனைக்கு உட்படுத்தியதில் பாலியல் ரீதியான கொடுமை நடந்ததற்கான உடல் ரீதியிலான அடையாளங்கள் 61.1% பேரிடம் இருந்தன. 40.2% பேரிடம் அவர்கள் நடத்தையில் அதற்கான அடையாளங்கள் தெரிந்தன. 44.4% பேர் வன்புணர்ச்சிக்கு ஆளானவர்கள். 25% பேருக்குப் பாலுறவு நோய்களுக்கான அறிகுறிகள் இருந்தன. குழந்தைகளிடம் தாய்மார்கள் அன்புடன் பழகி அன்றாடம் அவர்களின் பள்ளியில், அவர்கள் செல்லும் இடங்களில் என்ன நடக்கிறது என்று தெரிந்துகொள்வது மிக அவசியம். குழந்தைகளின் நலனைப் பேணவேண்டியது நம் கடமை என்பதால் அவர்களுக்கு பாலுணர்வு ,இணப்பெருக்க ஆரோக்கியம் பற்றிச் சொல்லித் தருவது மிக அவசியம், அது குழந்தைகளின் உரிமையும்கூட. ஆனால் நிறையப் பெற்றோர்கள் குழந்தைகளின் மனதில் என்ன நினைக்கிறார்கள் என்று கேட்டு அறிவதில்லை. மாறாக குழந்தைக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்தையும் தாங்களே முடிவு செய்வதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறார்கள். இது மிகவும் தவறான அணுகுமுறை.அவர்களுடன் கலந்து பேச நாம் தயாராக இல்லாததால், இது பற்றிய பேச்சையே நாம் தவிர்த்துவிடுகிறோம். வாழ்க்கைக்குத் தேவையான கல்வியான இதைப் பற்றிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு போதிக்க நாம் தயாராக வேண்டியது அவசியம். வெளிநாடுகளில் குழந்தைகளின் மீதான் பாலியல் பலாத்காரங்களை ஆராய்ந்து தகுந்த முறையில் வரையறை செய்து  அதனைச் சட்டமாக்கி கடும் தண்டனை தருகின்றனர். இந்தியாவில் அப்படி ஒரு விரிவான சட்டம் இல்லை. இப்போதுள்ள இந்தியச் சட்டத்தில், “குழந்தை செக்ஸ் அத்துமீறல் கொடுமைகள்’ சேர்க்கப்படவில்லை. மேலும் ஆண்குழந்தைகளுக்கான வரம்புமீறல்களில் நம் சட்டங்களில் தெளிவு இல்லை. நம் குழந்தைகள் பாலியல் துன்பங்களுக்கு ஆளாகாமலும்  மனோரீதியான அழுத்தம், உடல் ரீதியான பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாகாமல் காக்கவேண்டியதும் நம் அனைவரின் கடமை. ”குட் டச்! பேட் டச்” பற்றிப் பேசவிருக்கும் நாம் நமது தார்மீகக் கடமையிலிருந்து தவறுவது குழந்தைகளுக்கு நாம் இழைக்கும் அநீதியாகும். உலக சுகாதார நிறுவனம் நாம் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டிய  சில வழிமுறைகளைக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. அவை: * எந்த உறுப்பும் மர்மமானதோ, ரகசியமானதோ இல்லை. ஆனால், அந்தந்த காலகட்டத்துக்கு சொல்லி உஷார் படுத்துவது நல்லது. * யாராவது, குழந்தைக்கு முத்தம் கொடுத்தால் கூட குழந்தையை விட்டே தடுப்பது நல்லது. * தாய்மார்கள் தங்கள் பெண் குழந்தைகளின் மார்பகம் உட்பட மறைக்கப்பட வேண்டிய உறுப்புகளை, யாரும் தொட விடாமல் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்பதைச் சொல்லிக்கொடுக்க வேண்டும். * குழந்தை வீட்டை விட்டு  அடிக்கடி வெளியில் போகிறாள் என்றால் அதனைக் கண்காணிக்க வேண்டும். * நம் தொலைக் காட்ச்சியில் திரையிடப்படும் சில நிகழ்ச்சிகளைப் பார்த்தும்கூட பிள்ளைகள் தவறான நடத்தைக்கு உட்படலாம். அதனால், அது சரி, இது தவறு என்று ஆரம்பத்தில் இருந்தே எச்சரிப்பதுடன், கண்காணிப்பது முக்கியம். * வெளியாட்களிடம் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருக்கும்படி அவசியம் எச்சரிக்க வேண்டும். *  குழந்தைகளிடம் எந்த கட்டத்திலும், தவறு என்று தெரிந்தால், உடனே போன் செய்யவோ, வெளியேறவோ அட்வைஸ் செய்து வைக்க வேண்டும். நம் நாட்டிலா இப்படி? நம் ஊரில் இப்படியெல்லாம் நடக்காது என்று இந்த விசயத்தை ஒதுக்கிவிடாமல் நம் குழந்தைகளைக் காத்து வளமான எதிகால சமுதாயத்தை உருவாக்குவோம்.
